Research On Farmers Classified Trainingin Nanhui

Farmers are the main power of agricultural and new rural construction. This paper states farmers training situation at Home and Abroad, Through the investigation and analysis of the farmers and agriculture industry in Nanhui district development of two kinds of training needs, we found that: Farmers' whole quality in Nanhui were not high, but their training wills were strongly. For the training contents, training methods and means, they were practical tendency of pertinence, practicality, pluralism; Training needs of organizations of agricultural industrial were great .Based on different training needs, the paper raised view of classified training. According to different object, We devided farmer training into agricultural production farmer training , agricultural science and technology model training, farmers' professional co-operatives backbone training, village cadres training, Cenozoic farmers' training, pioneering farmers' training , and non-agriculture industry farmers' training .
