Analysis On Current Situations And Development Countermeasure Of Food Industries In Hunan Province

Through analysis on the current situations of food industries at home and abroad, especially in Hunan province, the self-development bases and deficiencies of the industries in Hunan province were found, and the development opportunity and challenge the food industries in Hunan province encountered were summarized. As discussed in the paper, the competitiveness of food industry in Hunan province, on a smaller scale, is not strong cause of its resource-oriented and extensive development on mode; and the innovation ability is weak for shortage of development stamina and lags in development of modern circulation industry, so it is very necessary to improve the industrial supporting levels of the present status. The development ideas are established such as building the characteristic industries based on resource advantages, building the characteristic park based on industry foundation, exploring professional markets based on location advantage, and creating an innovation systems based on the technical advantages. Furthermore, the overall development ideas and rules, the overall aims, the total industrial output, and the concrete goals of enterprises, colonies, technologies, brands and key industries were studied and put forward. Centering on these goal realization, the counterpart measurements and suggestions were proposed on industrial distribution, talent construction, park construction, quality and safety supervision, enhancement of financing system, reinforcement of organizational leadership and so on in order to provide some possible consultations for food industrial development in Hunan province.
