At present,China's economic development has entered the "new normal",and the state has focused on supply-side mode reform.In the current economic development characterized by knowledge and technology,entrepreneurial activities have now become the main driving force for national economic development.As an important part of the national economy,the catering industry involves all aspects of people's lives.The current development of domestic catering enterprises is accompanied by various problems in the dynamic changes of the social environment,especially the grasp and identification of opportunities.L Grill Restaurant was established in 2013 and has a total of seven branches with an annual turnover of over 10 million.Through internal and external analysis of the development status of L barbecue restaurant,we can find that the main problems in the current enterprise include: rapid expansion of enterprises and lack of management personnel.The management level of existing management personnel has seriously restricted the expansion of enterprise scale;Difficulties,labor costs increase,with the difficulty of recruiting personnel and the increase of wages,recruiters and cost accounting become the contradictions that the company is currently facing;the promotion and continuity of corporate brands,the current expansion of barbecue brands has bottlenecks,brands The influence is weak;the economic environment is sluggish,and the economic downturn in the Northeast has also restricted the further development of enterprises.This is also the problem that L barbecue restaurant is facing the development of many start-ups to a certain period of time,and it is also the core issue of this paper.This paper uses the identification and selection theory of entrepreneurial opportunities,and uses the proprietress' s rotisserie as a case enterprise to identify and analyze entrepreneurial opportunities in two stages,namely,the initial stage and the growth stage,and to study the identification choice of entrepreneurial opportunities from a dynamic perspective.The company's entrepreneurial opportunity assessment,selection and strategy were elaborated.First,describe the development status of the enterprise,including organizational structure,main business,business status and strategic planning.Secondly,comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of the initial stage of the enterprise,identify the entrepreneurial opportunities in the initial stage;then,then Time-scale analysis of scale expansion,investment expansion,and management optimization in the stage of enterprise growth,and identification and selection of future opportunities for enterprises.The research results of this paper can intuitively show entrepreneurs the process of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities,and how to formulate strategies and avoid risks.It provides some useful reference and reference for small-scale startup enterprises,and can provide some guidance for the future operation and development of entrepreneurial enterprises.
