Study On The Protection Of Cultivated Land In Lengshuitan

Since 1980s, the social and economy has got great improvement. But the disparity between land resource and people’s growing is becoming increasingly acute. With the repaid social and economic development of China, the protection of cultivated land resources has already become the key factor that affects the stabilization of our society. Therefore, the loss of cultivated land resources has drawn much more attention. Thus, research work emphasized on how to resolve the quantity and quality of cultivated land reduction and the ecological environment deterioration, has great significance in guiding the optimal allocation and scientific management.(1) The Lengshuitan arable land use current situation and existing problems was analyzed by the basis of Lengshuitan statistical bulletin,2013 statistical yearbook and the balance of cultivated land, land use status in Lengshuitan analysis discussion. The result showed the little reserve land resource, the prominent contradiction between human and land. And the cultivated land quantity balance, but the decrease of the quality of the cultivated land from 2007 to 2012. Agricultural land and the cultivated land reduction increased year by year, the rapid results in the decrease of grain production. Due to the growth of the population of permanent residents and the speeding up of city, the city of cultivated land and farmland around footprint will increase rapidly. In order to ensure the food security and agricultural and sideline products, may be delineated as basic farmland protection areas and implements the policy of dynamic balance, to ensure that the balance of cultivated land.(2) In order to found the reasons why Lengshuitan cultivated land occupied and the main driving force, the relationship between population and investment promotion and capital introduction by comparing the analysis Lengshuitan cultivated land occupied and economy between 2006 and 2013. Agricultural land and cultivated land occupied area and the single no obvious correlation between social economic indicators. It means that agricultural land and the cultivated land utilization was not caused by one or several reasons, but the result of the various driving force formed by the comprehensive.(3) The changes of cultivated land occupation and Lengshuitan town population variation was analyzed. And we found there was significant correlation between them. Cased this factor, we has predicting the future population through the method of the natural population growth. Found Lengshuitan rapid population gathered in Lengshuitan district and the surrounding villages and towns, and the distance far away downtown township population showed a trend of decline, and the central city and the surrounding town population showed a trend of rapid growth. And on this basis the prediction to cultivated land occupied in 2020. Results show that the lengshuitan in cultivated land utilization in the process of the future development of more and more serious, mainly occupied area in Lengshuitan district and the surrounding towns, and the relative distance of villages and towns far little cultivated land occupied. And eased of this situation of Lengshuitan, we put forward measures and countermeasures to cultivated land protection, such as controlling the urbaniz- ation of population migration speed, readjusting industrial structure, developing ecological agriculture, and so on.
