F Company’s R&D Team Organization Structure Reconstruction

With the development of the Internet industry, the evolution of the Internet products gets faster and faster, and the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. In order to survive, Enterprises must strengthen their own reform to adapt to the development of industry and meet the users’ demands. Thus, they not only need to improve the quality of products and services, but to improve the internal management level. And they have to adjust the organization structure to reduce the cost. All in all, the organization reconstruction has a profound influence on the enterprise internal innovation, leading to the reconstruction of the research and development team the most important factors.In this paper, it starts from the theoretical study, combined with the practice of F company. This article first studies and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages existing in every organization structure, as well as their structure characteristics that the team use at various stages in the process of research and development. Thus it offers the theory foreshadowing for the analysis of organization structure in leading enterprises in China’s Internet industry and the F company. What’s more, it also highlights the importance of organizational structure for the development team. Then the article mainly focuses on the evolution of the development team’s organization in the process of F company’s development, analyzing the impact on the enterprise development which the team has in the product development. Next, this article resets F company’s team organization structure by exploiting complementary strengths after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages. Meanwhile, the practice of F company’s organization reconstruction expounds how to reconstruct in everyday work, and further analyzes the performance data from reconstruction.Finally, after making the summary of F company’s organization reconstruction, it points out the importance of organization structure and its influence on the enterprise overall performance in the Internet business. At the same time, it calls on company to combine the theory with practice in the future work, and to research and explore constantly, so as to form a set of methodology which is suitable for China’s medium-sized enterprises in Internet industry to make it more mature at last.
