Commercial Banks is the important part and supportingof the financial system,it has a giant motivational effect on the development of Commercial Bank. Sice the reform and opening-up policy of China, as for the influence of the financial liberalization, electronic and information technology,the competition among the Commercial Banks are rapid and firce. But the formation of bank organization system, the rise of the market competition and the operating management mode are step by step.With reform progressing and finance opening steadily, competition between banks in our country becomes more and more fiercely. So far, there are many problemes during the development of china commercial banks. For the traditional performance management is just measure the performance of commercial bank based on the measure the performance of commercial bank and can not adapt to the pace of its rapid development, so How to effectively manage the performance of commercial bank is the most impotrant strategy for the commercial banks to enhance its competitiveness.BSC (balanced score card)is popular among the schoolars to measure the performance of commercial bank. The BSC evaluates the commercial banks through the Financial indexes,customer, internal process, learning and growth in the same time. Based on the four dimension, strategy implementation will be organized for operational metrics and target value. The purpose of the BSC is to establish a "strategic guidance" performance management system for the companies, and then make sure the enterprise strategy effectively implemented. So the SBC is the most efficiente strategy management tool, from the subjective and objective, both short-term and long-term, financial and non-financial,make them as comprehensive enterprise strategic goals.The thesis is based on the BSC method to study the performance management of the Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank. Fist of all, we analying the previous theories and then based on the related theories of performance management of commercial bank to make the empirical analysis of the Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank. Secondly, we analysis the current developing situation of the Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank, and through the situation we find the potential problem of the bank and the BSC conditions. Finally,we design a set of suitable performance management methods to the development of Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank.
