Commercial banks have a special and important position in the whole financial system and even the national economy.A more important function of commercial banks is to regulate the economy.The commercial bank realizes its function of regulating the economy by conducting intermediary activities under the joint action of the national macroeconomic policy and the monetary policy of the central bank.With the pace of global economic integration,the complicated and changeable market environment and economic structure and tightened regulatory policies,the competition of Chinese banking industry is becoming more and more intense.Z bank will also face unprecedented challenges.It is also a challenge and an opportunity.The profitability of the bank is determined by the promotion of the level of performance management in the improvement of the management level of Z banks.The key point of performance management is the consistency between personal goals and enterprise goals,so as to achieve the common progress of individuals and enterprises and form a win-win or multi win state.Performance management focuses on the "people-oriented" idea,which makes every step in the process of performance management need all employees,including managers and ordinary employees.Therefore,performance management is also a person's management,through continuous improvement of the internal structure of the enterprise,so as to complete the business objectives of the business.The traditional way of performance management is "drive by profit".Aiming at the special industry of Z,it ignores the important role of non-financial indicators to business objectives and even strategic objectives,and ignores the characteristics of Z bank performance which are influenced by external business environment.The balanced scorecard,which has both financial and non financial indicators,can be adjusted by weight.The performance management model of the strategic target is widely used in the performance management of Z bank.This paper takes Z bank as the research object.When studying the implementation steps and design process of the Balanced Scorecard in the performance management system of commercial banks,Z uses AHP to design the weight of key performance indicators,and improves the evaluation system of the balanced scorecard.At the same time,we analyze the matrix to the performance management system of the balanced scorecard,and put forward the pertinent policy on how to effectively promote the Z bank's balanced scorecard performance management system.
