Migrant Workers Education And Training Research Influence On Their Career Development

The emergence of migrant workers in China comes from our country’s special national conditions and the special social and economic policy. With the rapid development of economy, the rural migrant workers team is growing. According to the monitoring report of 2014, China’s migrant workers totaled 273.95 million across the country. The problems of migrant workers has attracted many attentions of the scholars, relations with China’s social stability and development, has become a new era in the process of social development in the country, and it has becomes the problem that our society need to solve. In recent years, the industrial workers of migrant workers has become one of focus of the research theory of migrant workers,and migrant workers essence lies in its professional identity transformation, and the nature of this transformation lies in the quality promotion, it needs to have research based on the enterprise internal growth trajectory for industrial workers and rural migrant workers. It brings to the peasant workers’ education training and career development research the necessity and reality of positive significance.In this paper, the research mainly includes the following several aspects: first, the concepts such as migrant workers, education training and career development are defined, and the person’s full scale development theory, human capital theory, career development path and migrant workers career development concept model and relevant basic theories are summarized and reviewed in this paper. Second, on the current status of the education and training of migrant workers in our country and peasant workers’ education in jiangyin training status are analyzed, from the satus,find out the problems and difficulties. Third, in the rural migrant workers in a survey data and on-the-spot interview material based on the research analysis, using STATA11.0 software, established the descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis, the empirical analysis of the peasant workers’ education training’s impact on their career development. Fourth, based on the empirical analysis, the construction of the training mode of migrant workers’ education and training is discussed, and the theoverall ideas, basic principles and structure of the model construction are analysed.Finally, put forward suggestions and countermeasures on the education and training of migrant workers.This research shows that: after- population statistics variables such as control of the society, education and training of migrant workers pay rise, promoted times and post adjusting the number of dimension has the remarkable positive influence on the professional development, among them with the master study time, each year training times and each time the training time and so on three dimensions of migrant workers has obvious influence on the development of the profession, and the influence of the training time is particularly significant at a time. At the same time, this study also confirmed the education training play a positive role in the peasant workers’ career development, for individual migrant workers, should strengthen the education and training investment, pay attention to the accumulation of human capital; For enterprises, should pay attention to education and training of migrant workers, to extend the time of each training migrant workers, pay attention to the human capital development of migrant workers. It is good to solve the problem of migrant workers to explore a new way and provide new ideas.
