Study On Space Reconstruction Of Urban And Rural Construction Land Based On Reasonable Supply

Now, with the development and advance of urbanization and rural modernization, the contradiction between the demand growth of urban development and cultivated land protection is increasingly prominent, but it can not become an "obstacle", hindering the development of the towns,and we should actively seek the ways and methods to alleviate the contradictions.In this background, the construction land quota replacement,urban and rural construction land "change link"and new rural construction and other policies arises at the historic moment, Its a very clear purpose is not only to protect the economic development needs of construction land, but also the protection of cultivated land protection. Accordingly, this paper based on the urban and rural construction land "change link" policy, by arranging rural residential space, construction land will get used to the urban development, breaking the general and traditional land supply, considering not just the supply of land to meet the relationship of quantity, but also to pay attention to the layout of spatial location. Reasonable supply of supply scale and reasonable layout needs can be achieved by space reconstruction,and express on space. This paper takes Luhe District of Nanjing city as an example, Discussing reasonable scale of demand for urban land and reasonable supply potential of rural settlement of Luhe District in 2020, conducting urban land and rural residential space layout suitability evaluation of Luhe District,analysising remediation area of rural residential areas,urban land extension area and achieving space reconstruction, providing sound advices for space layout of the extension of urban construction land and rural residential areas;Clearing urban expansion direction and extended area; Attempting to provide a basis for the implement of urban and rural construction land "change linked", providing a reference to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of construction land, possessing the realistic value for ensuring economic and social development.
