A Study On Ecological Farmer Cooperative Organization Of Henan Province

The 18 th CPC National Congress has set the construction of ecological progress in the general layout to expound and has designed the top-level ecological progress. The construction of ecological progress has been placed in the "five in one" mode to develop coordinatingly, which also highlights the Chinese national attitude and spirit of responsibility towards Chinese descendants and the world. To achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must maintain “green hills and clear waters ", but how can we achieve "Beautiful China"? The answer lies in strengthening the construction of ecological progress. Currently, the construction of rural ecological progress is facing environmental pollution, resource scarcity, growing population and other pressures, which can be described as an arduous task, but considering the long-term development and the global interest, construction of rural ecological progress is of great responsibility, glorious mission and meaningful effect. Therefore, in the vast rural areas, attention should be paid to cultivating awareness of ecological progress thinking, establishing ecological progress institution and strengthening ecological progress education, taking efforts to execute a "combined" mix of powerful solutions for ecological progress construction.Traditional farmer cooperative organizations, serving as the farmers‘ spontaneous economic cooperation organization, have the characteristics of wide coverage, strong radiation ability and high sense of organization, but they also associate with problems of more extensive production mode, more resource consumption and environmental pollution. The farmer cooperative organizations with perspective of ecological progress is based on the original function of farmer cooperative organization, pioneeringly take the concept of ecological progress, policy and action into their own functional area. They work through advocacy, guidance, education and other initiatives, leading the methods of traditional agricultural production in practice into intensive conservation, environment-friendly and ecological protective development mode. Needless to say, the eco-farmer cooperative organization is "based on agriculture, from rural areas, serving farmers, concerning ecology." Its nature and functions naturally can determine that it will become one of the main building of the rural ecological progress. By studying the latest achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on ecological progress and combining the instance of Henan Shangshui Sijixin Planting Farmer Cooperatives’ development for analysis, the writer contrasts and learns the experience and development model from farmers’ cooperative organizations in China and abroad, and then come up with strategies on basis of the national system and the organization itself so as to expect the ecological-progress farmer cooperative organizations to become executors of country’s policy of ecological progress, makers for the primary system of ecological progress, propagandists spread of rural ecological progress and training forces to cultivate farmers’ ecological awareness.
