Study On Low Carbon Consumption Patterns In Liaoning Province

Low carbon consumption patterns put forward to solve the increasingly serious shortage of resources and environmental pollution problems of the human economic and social development of a new type of circular economy development patterns, this development patterns has profound practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for today’s Chinese. It is one of the important way to solve the resource constraints and environmental pressures of China’s economic and social development. The construction of low carbon consumption patterns is to meet the objective needs of today’s world economic development,is an important way to promote structural adjustment, change the mode of economic growth,build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, take a new road to industrialization,and also is to implement the specific practice of Scientific Outlook on Development.Due to the current domestic research of low carbon consumption patterns is still in the primary stage. Therefore, based on the introduction of relevant economic theory, combined with the development of home and abroad low carbon consumption patterns, analyses the current the developmental situation of low carbon consumption patterns and the existing problems. The goal is to get the experience and lessons of Liaoning Province, to provide the basis for Liaoning Province for construct low carbon consumption patterns, through the analysis of the problems which exist in present low carbon consumption patterns of Liaoning Province, explore the suitable low carbon consumption model in Liaoning Province, to establish the foundation for China’s development of low carbon consumption patterns, to explore the low carbon consumption model applies to China’s basic national conditions. The innovation of this article is to construct the model of low carbon consumption in Liaoning Province. Through the low carbon consumption in Liaoning Province, regional economic development, technical and economic conditions, resources and environmental situation and development strategy as the basis, combined with the regional characteristics of implementation of low-carbon consumption pattern, and puts forward countermeasures of low carbon consumption model of implementation of Liaoning Province.
