Energy is the material basis for human survival,Energy plays an important role in economic development.Since the second industrial revolution,the use of fossil fuels has contributed to economic development,when the rapid economic development lead to excessive energy consumption,gradually,energy shortages become a worldwide problem,because fossil fuels are not infinite,and fossil energy Accelerated depletion.In addition,the use of fossil energy in the process will produce a lot of carbon dioxide gas,it damage the natural carbon balance,and result in greenhouse effect,it threat seriouly normal ecological environment.Therefore,improving energy efficiency and control of carbon emissions are very necessary.In this paper,we regard Liaoning Province as the research object,and based on previous studies,through empirical analysis of the relationship between the three,and Liaoning Province,the economic development model of the corresponding recommendations.This paper first describes the economic growth and energy consumption of Liaoning Province,the status of descriptive statistical analysis,research shows that nearly three decades,Liaoning Province,the three are three indicators are increasing.Before 2003,the law of energy consumption elasticity coefficient is not obvious,the volatility is large.After 2003,the coefficient is stable below 1,and there is a clear downward trend.The results show that the correlation between carbon emission and economic growth is larger than these,which indicates that the economic growth of Liaoning Province is more dependent on fossil energy.In order to further study the relationship between them,this paper decoupling between them analysis,empirical results show that the three are weak decoupling relationship,indicating that the increase in energy consumption is the economic development of Liaoning Province One of the main drivers.Finally,the three of them are put into the same system,and the influence factors of carbon emission in Liaoning Province are quantitatively analyzed by using LMDI decomposition method.The empirical results show that the economic growth in Liaoning province leads to the increase of carbon emission.On the contrary,energy efficiency and energy Structural improvements can reduce carbon emissions.Compared with the existing research at home and abroad,our unique contributions lies in the following points:first,this paper conducts the research from two aspects,the relationship between these three first qualitative analysis,analysis of their current situation,draw some intuitive conclusions;finally,analysis of the relationship between these three by quantitative methods,in order to better study the relationship of the three,the analysis method and decoupling grey correlation analysis analysis of 22 of them,finally using LMDI decomposition model,the combination of the three studies,to see whether the result is the same.Second,the traditional decoupling model is used to decompose the decoupling index,we adopt to the intermediate variables with a logical relationship.The introduction of Markov model,Markov model is mainly used in speech recognition,probabilistic grammar and other application areas such as Natural Language Processing.The model has no effect on energy consumption,and only with now,and features independent of the past,using the model to predict the energy consumption structure of Liaoning Province in the future,look at the situation of energy consumption from the perspective of the future.
