Research On The Entrepreneurial Network Effects Of Entrepreneur’s Performance On New Venture

With the improvement of environment, the increase of opportunities and the lasting enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, the point of entrepreneurship has attracted much more attention and support in many countries, and therefore, entrepreneurship has become a real hot topic of discussion for current scholars. Actually, young entrepreneurs are influencing all over the world. According to the investigation for more than 500 new companies from the famous angel investor named Ron Conway who come from Silicon Valley, there are more than 67% of entrepreneurs less than 30 years old, however, their companies have more than 5 billions market value. In the year of 2014, our country announced, in the new turn of "College students’ entrepreneurial support plan", that our country will try their best to guide more than 800000 university entrepreneurship. However, it is pretty hard to start a unfamiliar business for young people, especially when new business compare with the traditional business model, and the whole entrepreneurial teams take on a shadow of doubt.This research will be discussed from a new angle of view, which is under the network of new venture. Learning ability and the network for new venture will have a deep influence on the performance of the company, and this essay will use the combination of technical literature, theoretical analysis, empirical questionnaire discussion and deep interview from the construction and ability for entrepreneurs. This research will be accomplished in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, analyzes the direct impacts on new venture performance from network in details. In the whole process, entrepreneurial network is divided by network scale and intensity. The meaning of network scale is the total number of the member in the entrepreneurial network, the scale of the network decide the resource availability. The meaning of network intensity is related to the frequency of interaction, the intensity of emotions, the degree of trust, and the intensity of mutual benefits. The network ability for entrepreneurs includes the personal experience and the family backgrounds. The ability of network for entrepreneurs directly influence the learning ability, for learning ability, it can be divided into two kinds of forms-exploratory and exploitative. The meaning of exploratory learning is search, test, and innovate, however, for exploitative learning is filter, refine and execute. By taking advantage of increasing the learning ability, new venture performance will be improved.From the theoretical point of view, these papers will analysis the importance of learning ability such as using ability and exploring ability for new ventures. Recent studies of system of mangrove wetland from home and abroad were summarized; the meaning of network of entrepreneurs and the learning ability will be defined. Analyzing the influence made by the network, it provides theoretical evidences for our economic growth, further more; it also encourages the graduate students to establish their own career. From the practical point of view, there are some significant from three aspects:(1) If the new company has the good relationship by taking advantage of learning ability, the new company can break through the obstruction, supply economical resources, basic information and social capital. Therefore, it is benefit for the new company establishing and developing by using the good network.(2) To search the learning ability as mediation, the paper use innovative model and questionnaire, it is not only beneficial for individual profit, but also offer benefits to the general social economy for the whole public.(3) To search the learning ability how to influence the performance, it is conducive to promote the development for local people in Yingkou, Liaoning Province, making the sustainable development in long term come true.In this paper, there are three innovation points of the research:(1) In the present, not few people have already done some research about the network and the performance of entrepreneurs, but only few people using the learning ability as mediation among these two aspects. For this paper, it will base on the theoretical analysis, and pay more attention on the network for learning ability, consequently result in the performance.(2) There are tremendous research about entrepreneurial network, many scholars have already discussed the topic about the basic characteristics, but this research will be divided into four aspects, designing the new questionnaires about the learning ability for small and medium-sized enterprises. For specific, the research also positively analyzes the constructing ability, managing ability, entrepreneurial working experience and entrepreneurial family background.(3) This paper will connect with the local people in primary trading area in Yingkou, making a specific analysis about entrepreneurial network. Yingkou, as a center of economical zone and modern service, have already been a city with higher speed development and inherent uniqueness. So many researches have been done related to the performance of network, from entrepreneurial network spread, scale and environment, few from regional view.Traditional Chinese society is an "acquaintance society", and it means people always have private network between each other, forming the network far and near. This complex network is like the "roots" for plants, which can continuously transfer nourishment for life. To be specific, if the new companies keeps its feet and gain competitive advantages in competition the company have to take advantage of the network, technology and innovation to provide differentiated services and products, and shorten the distance between new ventures and popular ones.
