The Impact Of Opportunity And Ability On Corporate Performance Under The Entrepreneurial Orientation

At present,the state has introduced various policies to encourage mass entrepreneurship,and with the arrival of the era of big data,the business model of the company has undergone a subversive innovation,and Internet companies have emerged one after another.In the case of the emergence of such startups,a series of questions break out,such as a lot of startups with low success rates,this issue has gradually attracted the attention and discussion of scholars.Many startup companies have shown strong entrepreneurial orientation in the process of creation and even growth.This discovery encourages the scholars' thinking.Therefore,the research about the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and corporate performance has become increasingly rich,and has produced many results.Based on different stages of enterprise development,this paper discusses the path and mechanism for new enterprises to transform opportunity capability into enterprise performance under the guidance of entrepreneurship oriented strategy from a dynamic perspective.By using the method of single case longitudinal analysis with Vipshop as the research object,for the process performance of the implementation of enterprise development around the opportunity ability perspective,explore the path of entrepreneurial orientation impact on the performance,as well as the opportunity ability in the conduction of intermediary role,sketch entrepreneurial orientation in the new enterprise of business performance through the opportunity ability finally in the model.Finally,the research finds that: entrepreneurial orientation forms a "two-stage" transformation model to transform enterprise performance through the application of opportunity ability;In the process of the development of new enterprises is often accompanied by business oriented strategic continues to increase,and has the characteristics of evolution of iteration to performance,business opportunity recognition for those routes from shift towards strategic matching,opportunity of the development and utilization of behavior from chance combination to refactoring,for each phase of the business performance can constitute the basis for the next stage of entrepreneurial orientation;Moreover,in the process of transforming from entrepreneurial orientation to enterprise performance,there is also a corrective and feedback mechanism in each stage,so that enterprises can make better decisions and achieve rapid development.To some extent,this study enriches relevant theories of entrepreneurship orientation,and also provides experience and reference for the establishment and development of entrepreneurial enterprises.
