In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the traditional economic mode has changed quickly, and it is inevitable for the financial industry to be faced with hit. In 2013, Yu’ebao (balance treasure) brought the history to the internet-based financial time; in the same year, P2P also brought the history to the internet-based credit time; and what come next are, the various "internet-based+" mode became blooming everywhere including the internet-based securities, internet-based credit reference, internet-based wealth management and others. Strategy ResearchThe connection between the insurance and mobile internet becomes everyone’s concern for the insurance industry. At the time many clients have begun to accept the mobile internet as information obtaining platform, they have also provided wide market demands for the insurance industry in an intangible method. However, for the car owners, the selection of car insurance is a painful thing. For the various large insurance companies, it is the course to be explored and thought over on how to really satisfy the demands of consumers, provide convenient and efficient services and others. Combined with the three characters including high product standardization, rigid purchase and being monitored, the car insurance has become an important demanded insurance type in the mobile internet-based marketing products.The insurance market has also begun to change significantly, the whole industry will no longer be a stage where it can be managed and operated restfully just by depending on investment income without considering the underwriting profit; it is no longer the time of the establishment of the industrial platform when the single insurance premium increased greatly, car accident insurance decreased obviously, and the car insurance could earn profit easily; it is no longer a situation where the new car sales trend maintains increasing and the insurance premium can keep rapid increase only by occupying firstly the new car insurance resources. The following situation presents in the current insurance operation and management:the compensation standard for people’s injury has improved greatly, the price of vehicle repair, auto parts, and maintenance man-hour all rise doubly, the increasing rapid of new car sales has slowed down, and there are more and more newly-increased insurance main bodies...it can be seen from this that the market competition is more and more fierce, the profit space is obviously squeezed and therefore, the development of new channels becomes the only way for the large insurance companies.This paper takes T company as an example, discusses and analyzes the current operation situation and faced problems of T company via macro and micro analysis on the mobile internet-based car insurance sale and development environment of T company, combining the insurance premium scale, main insurance companies and scale in China, and the gradual analysis on the development scale of internet-based sale of car insurance in China, and puts forward the strategy of carrying out development of new channels of car insurance marketing, and based on this opportunity, carry out pre-judging on the future development scale of China’s car insurance internet-based marketing.
