The e-commerce develops rapidly after years in China. E-commerce not only changes the way of consumer’s consumption habit, but also drives a lot of transformation for traditional industry with the review of the data and history. It prompts the development for new industry. In general, the e-commerce is in stable stage for the urban population groups, it’s a veritable "Red Sea. " The population migration happens frequently with the great investment for infrastructure. The e-commerce in rural area becomes a new growth points with the mobile e-commerce development and rural reconstruction pushing. It will also be a hot investment. So there will be a lot of new high quality enterprises. Those new enterprises could alleviate the supply and demand for agricultural products, offer more job opportunities for surplus rural workers, promote the transformation of agricultural economy and it’s also government strong supporting industry.This tea e-commerce achieves a lot as typical agricultural e-commerce company by the historical data. However, we found there are still some parts for improving by further research. Tea is the same product with other agricultural product, the logistic process impacts largely for quality and profit. The original logistic process causes the difficulty for supply, especially in peak season; declines the consumer satisfaction and brings the negative impacts for brand.In this article, it researches the logistic of tea e-commerce Company on the basis of analyzing the current e-commerce status and environment. It summarizes logistic ways for different stage in tea e-commerce Company. It compares the advance logistic mode with the logistic mode in agricultural e-commerce. Analyzes all the process of team e-commerce company, find the problem which impacts the efficiency and costs. Finally it proposes a solution to solve the problem and make the comparison for before and after. It designs and optimizes the tea e-commerce logistic process. Finally, it improves the quality during the manufacturing, quick responses for consumer’s demand, satisfies consumer’s consumption experience, improves the high client-affinity, upgrades the enterprise brand, builds up the trade barrier and maintains the leading position in the industry.
