As the bridge of the home farm and agricultural enterprise, farmers’ professional cooperative have an irreplaceable effect in rural economic organization. Thereout, this study deeply analyze the motivation of building trust in the cooperative、the consideration of cooperation satisfaction,and the development of trust. Meanwhile, I will analyze cooperation satisfaction which cause by different motivation’ influence by reference trust and behavioural science theory. By using model analysis method, dissecting the relationship between cooperation satisfaction and trust, and trying to confirm the masonmeric effect between them. The concrete content as follows:Firstly, study and draw lessons from the existing theoretical results, especially in the social capital theory at home and abroad for reference, and consider China’s national conditions and farmers’ professional co-operatives of this special situation, deepen the understanding of the principle of trust and cooperation. Study and draw lessons from organizational behavior on organizational trust and cooperation development, and define the core research surround farmers’ professional cooperatives core members and ordinary members of the trust and cooperation. To build trust and cooperation satisfaction based on trust degree of interaction theory framework.Secondly, using the basic principle of trust theory and motivation theory. Learning farmers’ professional co-operatives trust between the core and ordinary members to establish motivation is produced by the body development demand and the contradiction of resources endowment, and the ordinary members is relatively strong demand for affordable. To analyze ordinary membership degree of satisfaction from the cooperation process and structure To analyze the trust level from the attitude to risk.Thirdly, to establish a theoretical model, analyzing the interaction among establish trust、cooperation satisfaction and trust. Mainly to analyze:How to measure the cooperation satisfaction which based on different trust agent; How to influence each other between cooperation satisfaction and trust; Whether cooperation satisfaction have intermediary role for trust in the different motivation to built.Fourthly, Demonstration level of farmers’ professional cooperatives in yaan 28 provinces and cities as the research object of the questionnaire survey and data collection. For ordinary members of the core members of the cooperatives and establish cooperation, satisfaction and trust in the analysis of the data processing. Firstly using the Grey Correlation Method to explore the correlation between cooperation satisfaction and trust. It is concluded that the grey correlation degree is 0.77. And then using the Structural Equation Model test to inspecte the cooperation degree of satisfaction,and the trust path load of 0.68. It’s further illustrates the cooperation satisfaction effect on trust. Finally analysis the trust set up to enhance the trust degree of influence is not significant, but building trust can affect trust through cooperation satisfaction indirectly.It’s better to verify the cooperation degree of satisfaction of trust establishment and trust between the intermediary effect.Fifthly, aAccording to the results of data analysis, come to the conclusion that the influence of trust appeal factor and cooperation satisfaction influence factor. The ordinary members are the most care the core members personal traits. Meanwhihe, the attention of their own security and income increase is very high. Thus this study from the angles of government and cooperative management improvement Suggestions are put forward:The government should be to foster and support rural new operators as the goal, to farmers interests as the breakthrough point, combining with local resources endowment and industry structure, to establish a mechanism for the farmers’ professional cooperatives leader training. On the one hand, the cooperative managers should constantly enhance their ability of technology. On the other hand, they should have strategic vision to pay attention to cooperative medium and long-term development plan, cultivating brand awareness, local cooperatives, improve the cooperative bargaining power. And seek to ordinary membership interests corresponds to the new points, the greatest degree of security, ordinary members and their own interests to achieve a win-win situation.
