A Study On The Construction And Measure Of The Index Of Regional Science And Technology Innovation In Hebei Province

The 21 st century is an era of the information and science and technology, science and technology is the core of economic development, and the development of science and technology and innovation are inseparable.Of course,due to the economic strength of different countries, the degree of concern for the problem of regional science and technology innovation is not the same, it is not the same as the starting point. due to the economic development of our country is relatively slow before the reform and opening up,for this concern,our country is not as developed as the western countries,but now the scholars of our country have begun to a comprehensive and in-depth study from different perspectives.In our country, the research on this problem is based on the theory of comparative authority,and then combining with our country’s national conditions,it’s not all of the ‘take-ism’.Face such competition situation in regional science and technology innovation,the degree of concern and care about this problem is unprecedented in China. In such a large environment, it is an opportunity for Hebei Province’s to improve science and technology innovation ability.This paper will combine the domestic and foreign research status,and then study the regional science and technology innovation in Hebei Province.Therefore, it needs a tool that can effectively measure the status of regional science and technology innovation "This paper tries to construct the measurement "tool"-- index of regional science and technology innovation.The thesis aims at the 11 prefecture level cities of Hebei Province.I will try my best to do a thorough and in-depth study of the problem.The main content of this paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is the first three chapters of the paper,it mainly introduced the theoretical basis of the imbalance of regional science and technology development,and theory research status at home and abroad,and the developing situation of the regional science and technology in Hebei Province.On the basis of deep research on the theory of related science and technology innovation,the paper constructs the index system of regional science and technology innovation according to the process of the completion of science and technology innovation activities,and following the principle of index selection of rationality.After completing the construction of the index system, it will be calculated that the index of regional science and technology innovation in Hebei Province by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and principal component analysis(PCA); Furthermore,it is classified that the innovation index the above mentioned by using the method of cluster analysis,and the principle is that one city is similar to other city in the comprehensive level of science and technology development;Finally, making a specific analysis to the science and technology development of Hebei province’s 11 prefecture level city,and it is necessary to find out the reason for those gaps among the cities by the mode.The last part is chapter seven and chapter eight,it is important that putting forward the feasible countermeasure and the suggestions;at last,summarizing the paper of the conclusion.
