Research On Impact Of Environment Uncertainty On Choice Of Entrepreneurial Resources Integration Mode:The Moderating Effect Of Entrepreneurial Network Scale

Resource integration helps new enterprises break through the "liability of newness" to seize the opportunity of survival and then promote their own rapid development,and the right choice of resources integration can help new enterprises to enhance their ability to gain a competitive advantage.Therefore,the choice of resource integration is one of the hot research issues in the field of entrepreneurship.However,in the past,the research on the choice of integration mode of entrepreneurial resources has mainly discussed the way of resource integration from the perspective of process and content,ignoring the perspective of entrepreneurial decision logic.In this paper,it constructs entrepreneurial resources integration mode choice concept from the perspective of decision-making logic and researches on entrepreneurial resource integration selection mechanism.As a direct response to the environment,the choice of entrepreneurial resources integration modes is bound to be affected by environmental uncertainty.Especially for China with emerging economies in transition,the entrepreneurs are faced with a high degree of uncertainty from the market,technology,institution and other aspects.In order to study the impact of these environmental uncertainties on the choice of integration mode of entrepreneurial resources,this paper investigates the impact uncertainties of market,technology and institution on the choice of the mode of effectuation /causation resource entrepreneurial resources.The literature review shows that although some scholars have studied the impact of environmental uncertainty on the choice of the way of integration of entrepreneurial resources,the studies have concluded inconsistent conclusions.An important reason is that the relationship between the two influenced by the entrepreneurial context.The 21 st century is the era of information network,entrepreneurial activity does not occur in a vacuum,it will inevitably be impacted by the entrepreneurs of the social network,that is,the impact of the context of the entrepreneurial network.Entrepreneurial networks can help entrepreneurs to obtainpotential market information and resources,and then identify business opportunities and make the right decisions.So many entrepreneurs will use the entrepreneurial network access to obtain resources,thereby reducing the negative impact of environmental uncertainty.This paper introduces the context of entrepreneurial network to explore the impact of environmental uncertainty on the choice of integration mode of effectuation /causation resource integration in the context of entrepreneurial network,so as to enrich the relationship between environmental uncertainty and the choice of integration mode of entrepreneurial resources situational research.Based on transaction cost theory,institutional theory,resource management theory and social network theory,this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of environmental uncertainty on the choice of integration mode of entrepreneurial resources and the regulation mechanism of entrepreneurial network scale.This paper constructs theoretical model and deduces the hypotheses by literature analysis and deductive reasoning.By using SPSS17.0 and Amos21.0 and descriptive statistical analysis of 305 valid questionnaires distributed and reclaimed in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces,it carries out exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling,and the empirical study shows that market and institutional uncertainty have a positive impact on the of effectuation resource integration,while technological uncertainty has a positive impact on the causation resource integration.The size of entrepreneurial network plays the partial up-regulated role between market,institution uncertainty and effectuation resource integration,and between the technical uncertainty and causation resource integration.Research on resource integration and social network fields have a certain theoretical contribution.Firstly,this paper studies the way of entrepreneurial resources integration from the perspective of decision logic,it expands the research ideas of the resource integration and enriches the theory of resource integration.Secondly,the scale of entrepreneurial network is introduced as a moderator,which enriches the influence of environmental uncertainty on the choice of entrepreneurial resources integration mode.In addition,the conclusion of the study has some practicalsignificance for the entrepreneurs to carry out entrepreneurial activities,which can guide the entrepreneurs to choose their own way of resource integration according to the scale of the entrepreneurial network and the type and degree of environmental uncertainty,thus improve resource utilization efficiency,and promote the growth and development of new enterprises.
