In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in banks,the work content of bank practitioners,especially tellers,is complicated,and the working pressure and strength are very large.At the same time,the phenomenon of job burnout is constantly highlighted.If the work pressure and frustration are not handled well,the attitude of work will change,causing problems such as physical and mental exhaustion,loss of work enthusiasm,and reduced sense of accomplishment,which will lead to a series of problems such as decreased workefficiency and rising turnover rate.This in turn leads to the loss of human resources and affects on the normal development of banking business.Taking B bank of city commercial bank of B city as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of job burnout of B bank tellers by using in-depth interviews,and analyzes the situation of questionnaires by survey.B bank tellers have a moderate level of burnout as a whole.At the same time,according to the survey results,the influencing factors of the job burnout are found from the individual,work and organization levels,and suggestions for improvement are proposed based on this:(1)Establish a correct self-evaluation system.(2)Do a good job in emotional and stress management.(3)Create intimate supportive relationships.(4)Reasonably arrange work breaks.(5)Scientifically select and hire talents.(6)Establish a career design and evaluation system.(7)Give flexible care programs.(8)Improve the diversity of rotation and training system.In addition,other city commercial banks can use this research as a reference for the research results of the job burnout of employees in the bank of the bank,and adopt the human resource management strategy to further improve and optimize the management of their employees.
