Analysis Of Evelopment Evaluation And Influence Factors Of Low Carbon Agricultural In Henan Province

Low carbon economy focused on reducing energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and environmental pollution. In the context of greenhouse effect, energy consumption, haze weather plagued the global process, thedevelopment of low-carbon economy is a best choice. Low carbon agriculture is an important component of low carbon economy, emphasis On the low carbon production in agricultural production activities, aims to change the traditional mode of agricultural production in order to achieve the sustainable development of agriculture.Henan province is the first big agricultural province, and is now in the path of the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture development mode, so to develop low-carbon agriculture is the inevitable choice to realize agricultural modernization in Henan Province.Development of low carbon agriculture requires us to understand the low carbon agriculture is how to measure and influence factors of low carbon agricultural development, so as to "teach students in accordance with their aptitude, suit one’s measures to local conditions" to facilitate the government to make reasonable decision.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to conduct more comprehensive and systematic study on the low carbon agriculture in Henan Province.Firstly introduce the basic concept of low carbon agriculture, and from the current situation of the development of agriculture in Henan Province,analysising the development of low carbon agriculture by SWOT. By using the method of factor analysis to conduct an empirical study on Henan province 2004-2013 years of low carbon agricultural development level, and analysising the measurement results.Followed by an analysis of factors influencing the development of low carbon agriculture in Henan province by using multiple regression method, find out the main problems existing in the low carbon agriculture of Henan province in the development process, to provide reference for the decision makers to formulation of development strategies.Research shows that from 2004 to 2013 ten years,the low carbon agricultural development level is overall rising, but also need to pay attention to the problem of agricultural production in the efficiency of energy use. Through analysising the Influence factors of low carbon agricultural development in Henan Province,find the factors which affect the more significant is the use of chemical fertilizer,the use of Agricultural, the use of pesticides, the use of diesel oil consumption.At the end of the article, according to the results of this study and the actual situation in Henan Province, pointing out that to promote the development of low carbon agricultural,Henan Province should from the technical aspect, economic aspect, the system aspect, social aspect four aspects to solve.
