Research On The Impact Factors Of The Undertaking Of Industrial Transfer In Anhui Province

Since the State Council approved the establishment of the industrial transfer demonstration region in cities along the Yangtze River of Anhui Province, China has also approved a number of demonstration area to undertake industrial transfer such as Eastern Guangxi, Chongqing Yanjiang, Southern Hunan, etc., accelerating the interregional industry transfer, further adjustment and optimization the industrial structure of each region, and gradually form a more reasonable and effective regional industrial division of labor, has become Chinese important task and fundamental approach to the promoting of regional coordinated development and the achievement of sustainable development. Currently, the phenomenon of large-scale interregional industrial transfer is becoming more and more obvious in China, however, no one can deny the fact that, Chinese interregional industry transfer also has lots of "stickiness" factors. So, after all, how the region of industrial undertaking should allocate of resources to their elements reasonably and give full play to the guiding role to undertake industry effectively, is a major issue currently faced by the industry undertaking.Anhui Province is a microcosm of China’s interregional industrial transfer process, it is the bridgehead where the industries of the Yangtze River Delta transfer to and radiate the central and western regions, location advantages obviously, at the same time, the level of development in Anhui differs from place to place, each has its characteristics, therefore, choosing Anhui Province as the research object to analyze the impact factors of the process of undertaking industrial transfer has very strong representativeness and universality.To clarify and grasp the regularity and characteristics of industrial transfer undertaking of Anhui Province, the paper firstly makes a literal sort and review classic,transfer theory and empirical research including foreign and domestic, and on this basis, further analyze and research the dynamic mechanism of the undertaking of industrial transfer of Anhui at the theoretical level, summarizes the push, pull, resistance and constraint factors in the undertaking process, and build the theoretical analysis framework of impact factors of Anhui’s undertaking of industrial transfer. Then, using the method of comparative analysis, panel data model etc. to study the current development situation, the existence question and the various influence factors of the undertaking of industrial transfer in Anhui Province. The results show that: market size, the degree of market-oriented, government policy support, research and development capabilities, infrastructure level have played very important role in the process of undertaking industrial transfer. Otherwise, the level of human resources, public services capabilities did not make sense. Finally, in view of the researches above,the paper proposes its conclusions and related policy suggestions.
