FAW R&D Center is a national, independent research and development center. It is responsible for research and development of FAW commercial vehicles, which includes heavy, medium, light, micro vehicles, passenger vehicles, which includes sedan, minibus, bus, spare parts and related assembly, and the national key technology research and development on vehicle. Vehicle Test Department is responsible for the performance development and reliability confirmation. Along with in recent years, the department employees has more than three hundred people,as a large number of new employee join us, optimization and design of training plan become much more important.At present, the department training work is to implement company’s unified training plan, the overall training work has not yet formed a complete implementation plan or to make it workable. The main problems in the training work is insufficient training programs, and training management, employee evaluation feedback has not been fully pay attention, as well as the lack of strict assessment of incentive mechanism. In view of this, how to adjust measures to local conditions to build the training plan, reasonable arrangement in line with the department of the development of the training work, to meet the demand of employee positions, optimization of training plans, arouse the enthusiasm for employee training, and to realize the promotion of the core competitiveness of companies and the goal of the professional quality of employee. This is what this thesis mainly about.This thesis detailed expounds the problems existing in the training work, analysis the reason of the problem. By introducing a complete evaluation feedback mechanism, optimize the training of the teachers team, the strict incentive evaluation mechanism, set up the training management specialist, and clarify relevant personnel at all levels, to meet the demand of department training plan.This thesis closely around the department of human resources strategy, the choice of training plan based on the theory of ability quality model, based on the company’s, market oriented, innovation first, knowledge is power, talents as root, core values of elements. In turn, complete matching of ability elements, ultimately determine the corresponding training project ability demand by the elements to match with the company. In this thesis, in terms of employee training effect evaluation, also based on the Kirkpatrick model theory, via four aspects, which includes the feedback from employee communication channels, improve teaching effect assessment, and after-school behavior and performance improvement to make training plan design comprehensive and reasonable.In this thesis, the design of department training plan for the first time explicitly put forward Three-thirds system,three sources of teacher team and three major categories training work. Three teacher team sources include: training and selecting experts in the department, choose other experts from all other departments, and hire trainers outside the company. Three categories include: professional ability training, non-professional ability training, and transactional work training. In the selection of training teachers and the divide of training categories, fully considering the actual demand of employee and the future development direction of ourthe department.To sum up, the employee’s excellent quality and ability make the company run well, and is guarantee to realize company’s long-term strategic goals. In the process of training plan design, only by find out real problems, clear responsibilities, could ensure the smooth operation of the training work, and to confirm the meet of the actual needs of department and employee development.
