The Electric Vehicle Sharing Operation Research

In this paper, I aim at researching the operation of electric car sharing. I do this research with case analysis as well as fiancial analysis, and some specific electric car sharing cases and related theory are analyzed. I think that optimizing the operation of electric car sharing is a realistic significance in practice.Firstly, the current situation of the electric car sharing are analyzed, pointing out that the sharing system design is related to the operation effect strongly. Then three typical electric car sharing cases are compared and it turns that the factors that influence the efficiency of the electric car sharing design mainly include the coordination control ability of the operator, the quantity of the electric vehicles and the rationality of the station network as well as the design of the electric car sharing. Thirdly, I found that the electric car sharing has a broader market in potential contrast with the traditional car rental mode, but it faces some problems such as the High input and low yield and the difficulty in risk management, vehicle scheduling and service standardization during the running of the operation. Forthly, according to the precious analysis, I make a point that it is necessary to optimize the operation from the design and running of the sharing system and government support. On one hand, the operator of the system need to plan the station network and the service reasonably, improve the coordination of the sharing system radically and increase the number of electric cars quickly to perfect the design of the electric vehicle sharing system. On the other hand, the operator should try his best to integrate social idle vehicles and promise standardized service efficiently, dispatch vehicles with employees and customers economically, strengthen risk control tangibly, and increase the users through marketing constantly to improve the running efficiency. In addition, government support is an important guarantee for the development of electric car sharing. Finally, I used these suggestions to optimize the operation of Autolib, and verified the profitability of them.
