With the formation of the interconnection pattern in international trade field and the popularity of the Internet.Offline consumption continue to be shunted by online consumption..Domestic consumption is gradually being shunted by international consumption.A new form of international trade is emerging and developing in China. The new trade is different from traditional trade. The new forms of trade has some different characters such as global, virtual, inclusive, electronic and informational. This new form of trade is known as cross-border e-commerce.The rising of cross-border ecommerce, on the one hand, helps to break the rigid international trade pattern, on the other hand, the micro and small companies will get lots of new development opportunities. Base on this, under the support of the State Council, the Development and Reform Commission, the Customs, Ministry of Commerce, the Financial Bureau, small and micro companies will get their own cross-boarder e-commerce platform.This paper analyzed the future development trend of small and micro companies mainly from following aspects :Part I: Analyzing the reasons why small and micro enterprises in China can develop. The development stage of micro and small companies currently. And their future trends.Part II: Firstly, from the macroscopic,analyzing the international and domestic environment of small and micro companies is existing in.
