With the rapid development of the Internet,in view of the progress of electronic information technology and the globalization of economy,cross-border e-commerce emerged as the times require.It has rapidly developed into a new business model,and has also become an important way for small and medium-sized enterprises to overtake in the corner.Cross border e-commerce company G was founded in 2018.The development of cross-border e-commerce has gradually changed from extensive type to technical type,and further integrated big data technology into cross-border e-commerce.At the beginning of the establishment of company G,it focused on integrating big data technology into product selection,product sales and other channels.From the current situation of cross-border e-commerce development,logistics and supply chain are the urgent problems to be solved in cross-border e-commerce.According to the above background and current situation,it is of great significance to study the internal and external environment of cross-border e-commerce enterprises and their current situation,and to formulate business strategies suitable for the development of enterprises.Based on the relevant theories of cross-border e-commerce,this paper uses the conventional strategic management theory analysis method to carry out a specific research on cross-border e-commerce enterprise G company.Through the SWOT analysis method,PEST analysis method and five force model analysis method,this paper analyzes the political,economic,social and technological environment of G company,and the opportunities and threats of G company The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail.With the traditional strategic management theory as the tool,it is proposed to use technology to enhance the competitive advantages of enterprises,actively carry out strategic cooperation with logistics companies and suppliers,and then achieve the company's business strategic objectives.The paper puts forward the following points: with the rapid development of Internet,domestic and foreign market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,but fierce competition is also accompanied by development opportunities.Gcompany is in the wave of cross-border e-commerce development,as a newly established company,it has defects,but also has advantages that others do not have.Only effective use of its own advantages,through and logistics enterprises As well as in-depth cooperation with suppliers to reduce their own procurement costs and transportation costs.Based on the analysis of opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,this paper proposes to use the company's technical advantages to realize the cost differentiation strategy,and to guarantee the implementation of the differentiation strategy through six aspects: organizational structure,human resource management,product selection,marketing means,procurement management and logistics distribution.It can provide some reference value for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises through the formulation of G company's business strategy and safeguard measures.
