Land is the foundation of human survival and development. The pattern of land use change constantly during human develop and utilization land. Accordingly, LUCC also changing, which affect the bearing function of land resources and ecosystem service functions. Through the research of response relationship of LUCC and ESV, providing the reference for the sustainable of land use, the protection and construction of ecological environment.This article using ENVI5.1 and Arc GIS10.1 to classify the remote sensing image of Dazhou city in 1988, 1995, 2006, 2014. Besides it analysis the spatial and temporal variation of land use and rationality. On the basis of the existing research results of scholars at home and abroad, it modify evaluation model combined with the actual situation of Dazhou city, then calculate the ESV. Finally, it analysis the LUCC with ESV, the results showed that:(1) Cultivated land, forest land is the main component of land use. The quantity, structure and spatial distribution of land use/cover change significant during 26 years. The area of construction land, forest land continue to increase, and the area of cultivated land continues to decline, fluctuations in the rest of the land use type change. The transfer of various land use types change frequent during 26 years. The high transfer-out rate is grassland, unused land and construction land. The high transfer-in rate is grass, water, unused land, construction land, which mainly from farmland.With the increase of elevation level, the area of land is showing a downward trend, of which below 500 m is the largest, above 2000 m is the least proportion. With the increase of slope grade, the area of each land use type performance increase firstly, then reduce in 6 Slope grade. Areas are mainly distributed in 15 ~ 25 °, 8 ~ 15 °, 3 ~ 8 ° slope range.(2)The total ESV is increasing in 26 years, that performing different characteristics. The added value of ESV is 1.82, 1.04 and 0.75 billion yuan respectively in 1988-1995, 1995-2006, 2006-2014. The proportion of the ESV of forest are 51.89%, 54.26%, 64.02%, 54.26% in 4 research period. It shows that the contribution of forest ESV is the largest. So the protection of the forest ecological land should be valued during develop and use land later.(3)It has significant difference in the spatial distribution of ESV. On the elevation with distribution, the maximum of ESV is always forest land on 500~1000m. Land-use types of ESV in different elevation with the trend of first increased, then decreased. With the increase of slope degree, various land use types of ESV presents a trend of first rise, then reduce on the slope grade distribution. The ESV of forest land, cultivated land is the main components of total ESV. The maximum of ESV is always on 15 ~ 25°slope level of forest land. So it is beneficial to increase the ESV by increase the forest area, especially on the altitude 500~1000m, slope of 15 ~ 25°.(4) ESV in city-scale is sensitive to LUCC. While the change of ESV influenced by the combination of LUCC, social-economic factors. From the perspective of the sustainable and healthy development, the forest land should be valued in future development and land use, as it plays an important role in ecological system. Hence we can strengthen the protection of the ecological land such as forest land, cultivated land, water area to establish harmonious relationship between people and land. In order to improve the ecological environment, we can make a reasonable city, industrial planning, and strictly control agricultural land transfer to construction land. Besides, the combination of land use and transformation, cultivate soil fertility, protection and reclamation is necessary. The improvement of economic efficiency, social-ecological benefit of land use is considering at the same time. And we must insist on the unification of intensive utilization and maintain a moderate amount of cultivated land. It has a certain significance to promote the harmonious development of land use and ecological system.
