With the fierce competition increasing in market, more and more companies pay attention to the training, especially for the training of basic technical staff. Training evaluation is a key component of the training for technical staff, which it is helping to understand whether the desired goals are achieved so that individual and organization’s overall performance can be improved by improving the training program. Though there are many methods in basic technical staff training in North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation, there are still some problems during the actual operation,such as lacking comprehensive evaluation and diverse valuation. Besides, the valuation theories and practice are separated, leading the desired goal cannot be achieved. Therefor, it is of great significance for training quality improving to establish a scientific, reasonable and operational training effect evaluation system for basic technical staff in North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation.This paper takes training evaluation system for basic technical staff in North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation as the main study. First of all, this paper searches the related literature at home and abroad on the basis of learning the related knowledge of training evaluation theories and models and analyzes the training evaluation model and method. Secondly, this paper introduces general situation of North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation, analyzes the status of technical staff training in the company and summarizes the four aspects of the problems in training effect evaluation. Again, the paper scientifically designs indicators by using the existing model and the problems to be solved in North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation. Then this paper determines the FAHP method to evaluate training effect and builds training effect evaluation system of basic technical staff.Finally, this paper uses the training of electrical equipment installed technical staff in North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation as as an example to analyze, and puts forward measures and suggestions for promoting the training effect of basic technical staff in North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation.This paper formulates a usefully system of basic technical staff training effectiveness evaluation form evaluation process, evaluation index system and evaluation methods according to the situation of North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation, which will perfect the effectiveness of basic technical staff training of North Branch Co.of China 19 th Metallurgical Corporation.
