Project Timing Management Research For Drive System Of New Energy Vehicle Development In S-company

With the more and more critical environment of global energy crisis, as well as bad air quality, it was started already some years ago develop new products to replace the combustion engines vehicles. Basically all the countries, organization or institutes has started the relative research, development and promotion activities. In parallel, almost all the big OEMs, even some IT giants are injecting huge capitals for the new energy vehicles developments. And due to this situation, the drive system, as key components supplier for new energy vehicles, is in firing line now for it’s new product development.This thesis is mostly referring to analysis and discussion of project management development in timing management for drive system of S-company, as the new energy vehicle market has high requirement of project timing management to deliver a product. Define a most reasonable and realistic project time plan in a timing manner of PACT workshop, PACT means "Project Acceleration Coaching Teamwork", and project timing controlling methods are mainly based on "Critical Path Method", Gantt Chart combined with PPT milestones and "List of Points", by checking to real cases of S-company e-drive system development project, and then propose to an optimized project management development process and timing management methods for S-company, in order to help him for a better position as well a long term stable business within this new energy vehicles industry.
