Study On The Influencing Factors Of Pesticide Use Behavior Of Large Crops Of Cash Crops-Based On The Survey Data Of Heilongjiang Province

As a national corn planting and production province,Heilongjiang Province has always made outstanding contributions to the development of the national corn industry.Since 2008,the total planting area of corn in Heilongjiang province has consistently ranked first in the country,far exceeding other provinces.However,less than 20% of the deep processing of corn in Heilongjiang province is directly sold in the form of raw materials.Farmers only earn meager.In order to improve the technological innovation capability of the corn industry and promote the development of the corn deep processing industry,Heilongjiang province established the Heilongjiang corn deep processing industry technology innovation strategic alliance in Qiqihar city.As the lead unit,Qiqihar University has attracted 26 alliance directors from enterprises,universities and research institutes engaged in deep processing of corn.The establishment of the Heilongjiang corn deep processing industry technology innovation strategic alliance plays an important role in realizing the increase of finance and farmers' income,the efficiency of agricultural processing enterprises,and the adjustment of the province's industrial structure and the transformation from a large grain producing province to a food processing province.In recent years,the development of Heilongjiang province corn deep processing industry technology innovation strategic alliance has made remarkable achievements,and made important contributions to the technological innovation and technical level improvement of the corn deep processing industry in Heilongjiang province.However,with the continuous expansion of alliance members,the differences in resource allocation,demand preferences and role roles among members have become more and more obvious,resulting in certain changes in the structure and function of the alliance.This will undoubtedly be a technological innovation strategy for the corn deep processing industry.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the operational performance of Heilongjiang corn deep processing industry technology innovation strategic alliance,find out the existing problems,and then propose improvement measures to ensure the stable development of Heilongjiang corn deep processing industry technology innovation strategic alliance.This paper takes Heilongjiang Province corn deep processing industry technology innovation strategic alliance as the research object,and reads the related literatures at home and abroad and collects relevant information of Heilongjiang corn deep processing industry technology innovationstrategic alliance to understand the current corn deep processing industry,alliance development and operation mode in Heilongjiang province.Taking these questions as the starting point of research,combined with the research results of experts and scholars in the field,it is concluded that the factors affecting the corn deep processing industry is the performance of the innovation strategic alliance.The main factors are divided into four parts: cooperation among alliance members and internal and external environment of the alliance.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall performance of the alliance.The evaluation results are between good and medium,which means that there are many problems in the alliance.The calculation results show that the alliance cooperation satisfaction,the information acquisition within the alliance,the management system within the alliance,the joint training of technical personnel and the distribution of alliance benefits are higher in the evaluation,indicating that the performance of the alliance is mainly affected by these five aspects.Finally,based on the above analysis results,combined with the problems existing in the alliance,it proposes to build a sound alliance management system,enhance the alliance information acquisition capability,strengthen the cooperation between industry,universities and research institutes,establish and improve the benefit distribution system of alliance cooperation,and pay attention to the joint training of technical personnel.
