The products of Audi Brand developed in China from localized A6、A4and importedA8to more than ten different models such like A1to A8series;Q3、Q5and Q7in the SUVfamily as well as the racing and sport cars like TT and R8Since Audi was introduced in Chinain1991. At the same time, the product updated time to time.In order to popularize the new technology and transfer the product and brand informationto the new staffs of Audi, the efficient training is a good way to realize it. Moreover, whatkind of training mode we choose is very important to the result of the training. Due to the fastdevelopment of Audi in China, it is impossible to follow the German training mode anymorewith the great training demand and it is necessary to find out the training mode which ismatch the China market.With the reference of amount of documents and information, the essay focus on theresearch, analysis and conclusion of Human resources management, Enterprise Culture,Talent Development Theory and Science Thesis which paved the way for emphasize theimportance of training. At the same time, on the basis of the theory and with the analysis ofthe training modes from other brands, it was found that face-to face training, internal trainingtransfer and onsite coaching which are available for Audi dealer training. Then, with theanalysis of the current training mode of Audi dealer and the flexibility, ecomomic and eventhe successful experience in other brands of the E-learning,, it is evident that the availabilityof E Learning in Audi dealership After Sales Training. Later, the onsite research was carriedout in one of the4S dealer by questionnaire to check the situation about the training done bythe factory to the dealer to testify the influence of the training mode to the dealer and find outhow to improve it. And according to the research result with the method of contrast analysis,interpretation and conclusion etc, we combined the theory into the practice to explain therelativity of different factors which conclude reasons of the factors influenced the trainingmode. At the end, with the training plan and training evaluation form, the realization andevaluation of the Audi training mode was detailed described.Last but not the least, we combined the advanced methodology and management ideainland and abroad and with the dedicated consideration of the characteristics of Audi aftersales training in China which enable us to find new training mode which fits our China market, that is combined training mode which combine the Class room training with E-Learning andon-site coaching.
