The competitiveness of enterprises comes from the talent competition, with the rapid economic development the competition has become more intense especially in recent years, with the development of the modern concept staff training as an important means of business training, for professionals, more and more companies shareholders, management, employees and other stakeholders pay their attention on it. Companies continue to increase the training and investment, from the transformation of the concept of employee training, pay attention on the training organization, training funds are increasingly planning and institutionalized, allows companies to increasingly fierce talent competition to establish and maintain its own strength, and lay a good foundation for their long-term sustainable development.Introduction of talent is important, but simply think the introduction of talent as recruitment, the talent hire companies in the enterprise can solve the problems is wrong. After all, one in a new environment must have an integration and adaptation period. Recruitment is a way company found talent, but more talent need to explore and develop in enterprise. Internal staff has already well integrated into the enterprise, improve staff capacity and training requirements, so that it can be competent to their posts, and possibly to a higher level of job promotion, this is a better talent introduction and promotion mechanisms.In the manufacturing business, technology and research employee master the core technology of the production, their overall quality, loyalty, and innovation capability effects on the level of sustainable development of the company. So for the training of technical and research staff is also more and more importance in enterprises. So for the training of technical research and development staff are also more and more importance in enterprises, how to establish a scientific and effective training system for enterprises to train a number of technical ability, high comprehensive quality, innovative thinking and can adapt to business change and development of technology, research and development team, has become a pivotal human resource management job.This paper analyzed the current training situation on technology research personnel in TBEA. Analyzed bias in training concepts, training needs analysis is not accurate, training effect is not obvious, training evaluation is not accurate and so on.Through the theory of modern human resource management and training management of technology and research staff training system proposed improvement program, to improve the whole system which includes training requirement analyzation, training plan, training organization and implementation, training effectiveness evaluation process.Through improve the company’s technology and research employee’s training system, can organize and implement more effective training, so they can enhance their overall quality and enhance product development, design and innovation ability.Finally design safeguards for the training system through system, human resources and financial and career planning.Hope that through improve training system help TBEA companies to optimize training system and thus improve the company achieve comprehensive training system, so that enterprises in the training of more scientific and reasonable, satisfactory. At the same do further refine and improve combine the effect of the scheme and development of enterprises, play a greater role in personnel training and development of enterprises.
