Along with the development of market economy, China’s agriculture and animal husbandry enterprises are gradually going on the road, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a big agricultural and animal husbandry development area, with the arrival of knowledge economy era, some agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises have a certain degree of structural conflict between the talents with high educational background.And the importance of human resources training fully reflected in its ability to improve the quality of employees, enhance work skills, so that employees can better adapt to the job requirements, but also improve the enthusiasm of employees, so that it can actively participate in the production and operation of enterprises, will be used in the training content to the actual work, so as to enhance the efficiency of employees. At the same time, it can make the employees realize the respect and attention of the enterprises, improve their own knowledge and business level, fully tap the potential of employees, so as to enhance the cohesion and solidarity among employees, so as to better serve the enterprise.But in some agricultural enterprises in Hohhot, there are also many problems. In the thinking, the lack of understanding of education and training has led to the concept of obsolete, investment is also insufficient. In the training content, the lack of systematic and targeted, and the way of training is too simplistic. Once again the lack of careful training of training plan, training purposes and assessment indicators are not clear. Finally, the training is not enough, resulting in the training effect is not clear.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and problems of human resource education in agricultural enterprises, and puts forward that the social public opinion environment will be gradually formed, which is conducive to the training of vocational education. This paper also puts forward that in the same time, according to the actual needs and the specific situation of the enterprise, we should set up the demand analysis mechanism. According to the real environment and condition, we put forward the specific training objectives. And put forward the important role of the early needs analysis to prepare for the post training effect.
