The Spillover Of FDI,and The Development Of High-tech Industry At Yangtze River Dalta

With the development of economic globalization, the world’s developed countries have invest to developing countries, investment activity is an important economic phenomenon in the global economy. Developing countries have developed policies and measures to attract foreign investment enter. High-tech industry is the symbol of comprehensive national strength and the level of Scientific and technological content, therefore, foreign investment focused on high-tech industries, foreign direct investment provides a good opportunity to develop regional economic and high-tech industry. Yangtze River Delta region is the gathering place of attracting foreign investment and developing high-tech industry, on one hand, foreign investment is huge, high-tech industry has developed rapidly, but at the same time there are also many problems. In this paper, we regarded the high-tech industry of the Yangtze River Delta as the research object, from the perspective of spillover of FDI at high-tech industry, to study the mechanism between foreign direct investment and the high-tech industry at the Yangtze River Delta, research FDI technology spillovers of high-tech industry at Yangtze River Delta.In this paper, the literature have sort out the FDI technology spillover, and the mechanism of high-tech industry technology spillovers. Through data analysis, pointed out the development of high-tech industries and FDI at the Yangtze River Delta at this stage, pointed out the outstanding problems of foreign direct investment at the Yangtze River Delta, such as low-tech project, low high added value and insufficient digestion. This paper analysis the FDI spillover of high-tech industry at Yangtze River Delta.1) the analysis of existence about FDI technology spillover effect of high technology industries at Yangtze River Delta; 2) the difference Analysis of FDI technology spillover effect between different industries; 3)Factors of High-tech industries FDI Technology Spillover Effect. Points out that the technology gap is one of the important factors to affect FDI technology spillover. Finally, put forward to promote FDI high technology industry in Yangtze river delta, and provide suggestions on technology spillover.
