Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers

Document NO.1 of the Central Government proposed to actively adapt to the new economic condition, to open up new ways in optimizing agricultural structure, to maintain a sustainable and healthy development for both of the social and economic. The cultivation of new professional farmers is the inevitable way of the development of rural areas, agriculture and farmers with Chinese characteristics. It is very important to accelerate the development of urban and rural areas, improve the level of agricultural modernization, and promote the innovation and development of China’s economic transformation and upgrading. Through the continuous exploration of the Party Central Committee and the development of pilot work, the new type of professional farmers in China has achieved a certain result, the effect is obvious.However, compared with China’s modernization process, the training is still faced with low investment, education and training system is not perfect, the low quality of farmers, business awareness and ability is weak, the relevant supporting policies are not perfect and so on.Therefore, To improve and enhance the cultivation of new farmers in China as a starting point,through the relevant theory and the present situation of the work carried out in our country,analysis and summary of the existing problems in our country, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper, takes the cultivation of farmers, who adapt to the development of modern agriculture, as a breakthrough point, take questionnaire as tool, takes the human capital theory,lifelong education theory, agricultural modernization theory as the theoretical basis, using the method of combination empirical analysis and normative analysis, and combination of literature and practice to accomplish the paper. This paper analyzes the problems and puts forward effective countermeasures for the cultivation of new type of professional farmers.This paper can be divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly explains the background, significance, research methods, and the research methodology of both domestic and international, illustrates the research ideas and research methods, and points out the innovation and deficiency of this research. This paper introduce the concept of traditional farmers, the connotation, the classification, the basic characteristics and quality of new professional farmers, then propose the theoretical basis of the research, and analyzes therole of cultivating new professional farmers for promoting the development of modern agriculture. The third part analyses of the development of the new type of farmers. The overall arrangement and basic progress of China’s cultivation work is briefly described. The construction and implementation of the demonstration project is analyzed, especially the problem of the cultivation. In the fourth part, this paper analyzes the questionnaire survey, in a certain area, through the survey the first hand information making the analysis more real and effective. The fifth part is the introduction of foreign farmers’ cultivation mode, and summarized the experience and enlightenment. The sixth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of new farmers, on the basis of in-depth analysis and research,and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for the farmer cultivation. The seventh part is the conclusion, on the analysis of a number of data, this paper summarizes the problems of the new professional farmers’ cultivation, and put forward countermeasures and measures to enrich the relevant issues.
