Nanyue District Requisition Of The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Research

With the rapid development of China’s industrialization and urbanization,land has become a very scarce commodity, more and more land acquisition and demolition to speed up the expansion of the city,many farmers lost their land survival, housing,as to be evicted,a growing new group of Chinese society--landless peasants. In general,the rural land acquisition not only can promote the process of urbanization in China, but also can improve the living standards of the farmers in the areas of migration.However, the actual situation,there are some problems in land acquisition, resulting in most of landless peasants are dissatisfied with the heart,resettlement impact their work and life,activities often had to interrupt or stop,this is completely contrary to the original intention and the need of a socialist harmonious society.The purpose of this thesis is to meet the needs of the local economic construction and the construction of a harmonious society, explore how to ensure Nanyue District do resettlement work smoothly,grasp the key to harmonious resettlement of and promote the local economy rapid growth and progress. This paper uses the literature research, survey analysis and empirical research methods,access to the relevant data,investigate the present status of Nanyue District with theory and practice.This thesis is focused on Hunan Nanyue,make in-depth analysis of the main problems as well as the causes in land acquisition and resettlement.The thesis propose to implementation of the land management system,explore a variety of shared interests of urban and rural compensation,strengthen thesupervision of rural land demolition work,team construction of land acquisition,punish corruption,improve the living environment of the region,Strengthen the petition stability work.maximize maintaining social harmony to achieve a win-win situation between levy demolition and harmonious society.
