Research On Development Strategy Management Of Commercial Bank And Insurance Cooperation

With the trend of economic globalization, our financial industry is also sustained and rapid development of a variety of innovation, bank and insurance as an important part of the "big finance", their cooperation also start at 1990 s, rapid development so far, has become each other important business cooperation channels, the effect of each year of cooperation has also had a great impact on the performance of their respective operations. But, a comprehensive survey of the cooperation and development more than 20 years, it still remained in a relatively simple, at the beginning of the shallow level of cooperation, and also produceded a lot of problems in both sides even of the regulators. If each side do not take effective measures to deal with, the future of the cooperation between bank and insurance will face with great difficulties.Based on this, at first this paper analyze the reasons from the following two aspects, seek the possible solutions to the problem: one is starting from the economic principle of the cooperation between bank and insurance, understanding its internal dynamics of cooperation, at the same time, we carry out analysis and reference through understanding of the development experience and law in the world. Two is refering to our country’s economic and social environment, listing and analyzing the current situation of development, focusing on mining the deep and unerlying reasons, founding out the interests and cruxs of the two sides of the game. Then, this paper combining with the example of Jiangsu postal savings bank, thinks from the four aspects of cooperation mode, product innovation, business strategy and supervision measures, then proposes possible solutions and suggestions.Through the analysis and discussion of this article, It is hoped that it can provide feasible ideas for the further development of our country’s bank and insurance cooperation in theory and practice, and also hoped to provide useful suggestions for development strategy of commercial bank and insurance cooperation.
