It also has a unique geographical advantage because it is in the range of Dongjiang river, Guangdong, Jiangxi expressway,205 national highway auxiliary, which form a huge transport network and offers limitless possibilities to the Dengta basin development. Thus how to position the target of sustainable development and strengthen the building of agricultural science and technology personnel are important topics of the current and future development.At present, the Dengta basin as the Pearl River delta industrial relocation, although much progress has been achieved, agricultural science and technology talent team also develop steadily, but the overall structure is unreasonable with low education, low quality, technical ability is weak.
