Study On Constructing The Talenter Personnel Team Of Traffic Scientific Research Institutions In Jiangsu Province

In recent years,the transportation construction cause of our country has made extraordinary achievement.The high-speed railway network is beginning to take shape,the investment in railway construction remains on high level,the inter-city railway becomes the key point of the next step construction,and the development of the industry is speeding up,which provides a broad market space for enterprises engaged in traffic engineering design.Traffic scientific research institutions in Jiangsu Province are in a period of rapid development,human resource is the most valuable and treasured of all kinds of resources owned by Jiangsu Transportation Scientific Research Institute.The most important and urgent task in human resource management of transportation institution of scientific research is to strengthen the construction of talented personnel team.This paper starts with the theoretical research of talented personnel team construction,analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the research on talented personnel team construction both domestic and abroad,and studies the theoretical basis of the concept,principle and method of talented personnel team construction.Combining theory with practice,and starting from the reality of the market-oriented transformation of transportation and scientific research enterprises in Jiangsu Province and the reform of personnel work.This paper analyzes in details of the current situation of transportation and scientific research enterprises in Jiangsu Province along with the problems and deficiencies existing in the talented personnel team construction,such as the imperfect system concerned,the serious brain-drain,the fault of talent echelon,and the lack of a perfect incentive mechanism,and so on.The above problems will seriously affect the development and construction of talents in Jiangsu transportation and scientific research enterprises.Taking Jiangsu Transportation Scientific Research Institute as an example,this paper explores the basic situation of the construction of talents in the scientific research institutions of the transportation industry in Jiangsu Province,and emphatically analyzes the present situation of the talent team construction in Jiangsu Transportation Scientific Research Institute.Through careful investigation and analysis,this paper finds out the imperfections and defects in the construction of talents in this institute in time,and finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to perfect the construction of talents in Jiangsu traffic scientific research institutions in the future.Try to lay a solid foundation for the theoretical research on the construction of talents in Jiangsu traffic scientific research institutions and even other types of scientific research institutions.As an organization that provides transportation infrastructure and social public services to the public today,transportation scientific research institutions are not only closely related to the lives of our ordinary people,and also one of the important channels to train the high-level talents of the traffic career.The healthy development of the traffic scientific research institutions plays an extremely important role in the development of the social and economic cause and the long-term stability of Jiangsu Province.As an important part of transportation scientific research institutions,it is a critical and systematic engineering to construct the talented personnel team of traffic scientific research institutions.Strengthening the construction of talents in transportation scientific research institutions is helpful to the improvement of the level of science and technology in the transportation industry and to the further development of the transportation industry.
