However, construction and installation industry enterprises homogeneous competition trends are becoming evident. How to win in the homogenization of competition is the content of every construction and installation companies need to focus. And how to build innovative management model is one of the key construction and installation companies to win the competition.Objective of This paper is Shitong building, according to identify problems, analyze and solve problems of logic thinking of the company’s management to analyze and innovation. After this study found that there are several problems in Shitong building management mode:First, Shitong building existing management mode to "Target Management+Process Management" model-driven, lacking its corresponding security measures; second, bloated organizational structure, poor sectoral coordination, management and control headquarters for all branches of the organization is weak; third, Land of the lack of systematic authorization inside the building and decentralization system, resulting in a lack of flexibility in management; fourth, in order to "target Management+Process Management "oriented management model, the lack of performance-oriented incentives.
