On Cultivation Path Of State-owned Enterprises Staff’s Values And Practical Inspiration

The healthy development of state-owned enterprises is of extreme importance to the construction of socialist modernization and the overall well-off society.Employees of state-owned enterprises are considered to be the front-line builders of the cause of socialist modernization.They shoulder the importance mission in china’s socialist economic construction.In order to realize the "china dream" and to promote socialist economy and social development, employees of state-owned enterprises need to set up a correct outlook on life and values.So as to form a resultant force for the healthy development of the state-owned enterprises.Through questionnaire survey,the author found new situations,new problems and new requirements in value cultivation of employees of state-owned enterprises,of state-owned enterprises,and proposed the way to cultivate core values of state-owned enterprises from the aspects of building mechanism,developing social practice and constructing theories,aiming to improve effectiveness and the enterprises’sustainable development.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, describing the main basis and significance of topic selection,and puts forward the research plan;The second part analyze the background of state-owned enterprise employees on values dducation,the characteristics of state-owned enterprise employees(cultivating objects),and the main content of core value education;The third part is the questionnaire survey about present situation of values of employees in state-owned enterprises and of value education and the causes;The fourth part mainly talks about the path of core value education of state-owned enterprises staff and its enlightenment.
