Study On Supply Chain Management Based Automated Distribution Center Of Group L

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet era, the traditional manufacturing industry is facing new opportunities, on the other hand, it also puts forward higher management requirements for such enterprises. If we want to cover the market, clothing manufacturers not only need to have a competitive advantage in the cost, but also to achieve a higher level of customer service. Therefore, it is a practical need to be solved urgently for the clothing enterpriseshow to improve the management of the high inventory cost and low service level by the supply chain management.On the basis of the summary of the related theories and methods of supply chain management, inventory management, this paper makes a research on the improvement of the supply chain management of the company based on the combination of the actual situation of L company supply chain operation. Firstly, through data analysis of L company’s supply chain performance, this paper puts forward the problem of high inventory and low service level of the case company. Secondly, this paper analyzes the specific reasons of the above problems from four aspects:supply chain information sharing, storage sorting efficiency, inventory cycle and internal and external resource acquisition.
