| In recent years, supply chain cooperation has become a major force in the form of enterprise organization because of complementary resources, flexible and sustainable competitive advantage. Haining characteristics as fur-producing areas, so many companies make an effort to create a characteristic industry supply chain. However, mainly to small and medium scale enterprise of Haining leather industry met many problems due to the contradictions between the individual and the overall interests in cooperation. In order to improve the firm performance and promote industrial development, it’s a key to build a successful supply chain of enterprise cooperative.An important indicator of industrial competitiveness is output value, and the largest contributor is the firm. Thus improving the performance of enterprise cooperation is the ultimate purpose of this paper. In supply chain cooperation, combined with the characteristics of Haining leather industry to analyze what factors influence the performance of cooperation. However, the theories and empirical study in this orientation is relatively less. So the small and medium-sized enterprise in Haining is research objects according to this paper, the correlation between the supply chain cooperation and the leather industry of Haining has been further studied.This paper analyses deeply relative theory and proposes correlative module hypothesis and gives a survey for empirical on the hypothesis through a plenty of questionnaire in Liket-form. The paper adopts SPSS16.0 to analyze the probing factors in small sample to find out variables’ factor construction and then by the means of reliability test and analysis of validation factors, also of AMOS17.0 constructive formulation module, gets the results that the establishment of the trust, information sharing, dedicated investment and joint relationship effort have the effective influence for the performance of cooperative connected with the industrial structure and competitiveness. |
