Study On Knowledge Service Mode For Sci-tech SME In Big Data

With the rapid increase of data, the data quantity has jumped from TB to PB level. The data type is not only including structured data. Some unstructured and semi-structured data,such as audio, video, hyperlinks, etc, has accounted for the vast majority of big data. Therefor the big data era has arrived. The government always emphasize the important position of sci-tech SMEs in the development of our economy on The Third Plenary Session of 18 and The 12th National Congress, which treat technology innovation as means of survival. Obvious,our country pay more and more attention to the development and innovation of sci-tech SME. But it is quite difficult to implement only relying on the Sci-Tech SMEs. In order to get targeted and professional knowledge to innovate and develop, they need the help of some departments, government departments or institutions of providing knowledge service. So in the era of big data, it has a great theoretical and practical significance to study the knowledge service model for sci-tech SMEs.Firstly, the paper discusses and analyzes some theory about the big data and knowledge service, and come up with knowledge service overview, content and development trend in view of the enterprise.Then the paper deeply studies a large of domestic and oversea research literature and analyzes the main knowledge service modes of sci-tech SMEs and the existing deficiency of these modes in the role of books intelligence agencies and specialized service enterprise.Secondly, by the way of questionnaire survey, the paper surveys the knowledge requirement of sci-tech SMEs and the main influence factors of knowledge service in big data.Finally, the paper makes full use of discipline knowledge, theory and methods of knowledge management, information management, management, statistics, and so on. Then it builds the knowledge service mode for sci-tech SMEs in big data, and puts forward the corresponding optimized strategies.
