Research On The Relationship Between Small And Medium High-Tech Enterprises Performance And Knowledge Input Of Knowledge Service System

Many small and medium high-tech enterprises are difficult to become bigger and stronger in the process of growth due to lack of soft power of technical or management. It can be seen that we should give invisible support for small and medium high-tech enterprises. It needs to establish a knowledge service system for small and medium enterprises, provide knowledge services and do Knowledge incubation for them. However, in the process of doing Knowledge Services, the lack of sufficient knowledge inputs of knowledge services system become the bottleneck of effective work of knowledge services, it not only weaken the effect of knowledge services invisibly but also affect the efficiency of knowledge services system. Thus, study the knowledge inputs of knowledge service system of small and medium high-tech enterprises is urgently needed.This paper mainly studies the relationship between small and medium high-tech enterprises'performance and knowledge inputs of knowledge service system. After summarizing the basic concept of knowledge service system with Delphi method and reading the related literatures, it defines the knowledge service system. It also points out the relationship between the various subjects of knowledge service system. This paper construct corresponding hypotheses model and make a theoretical argument for these hypotheses by reading relevant literature and combining practice. This paper does case studies and questionnaire survey to verify these hypotheses. The research model is verified and modified through analyzing data by using the coding techniques of grounded theory and SPSS software, the paper draw conclusions based on the analysis: the knowledge inputs of knowledge service system for small and medium high-tech enterprises positively impact on the performance of enterprises; the enterprise's knowledge application mediates this relationship. The paper analyzes the knowledge input of knowledge service system, and puts forward some suggestions. There is a certain reference value for the construction of Knowledge Service System.
