Whether it is for early information software system construction or modern big data mining which requires a large number of software professionals to work for it, the currently more and more software companies and number of employees increased year by year, software company knowledge staff performance evaluation studies also pay attention to it.A well-designed performance appraisal system not only allows companies to operate efficiently but also allows employees to enhance the efficiency and employees to get their ability to grow; Based on the basic theory of performance appraisal and appraisal process common study the issue of psychological effects, such as Halo Effect and Recency Effect appraisal process managers often make the assessment, employees feel the results of their work has not been implicit affirmation etc., in order to find the software company in the performance appraisal process exists combined with previous research results to design a mature industry based on environmental, social, cultural, psychological staff performance appraisal system in three dimensions. If the starting point of this study from the employee perspective is to mobilize the initiative of employees, self- esteem and performance of cultural and from the perspective of the manager to establish a scientific assessment methods allowing employees to form receptive to promote staff development, performance appraisal process to facilitate enterprise system.In this paper, the problem of performance appraisal conducted investigation and research are the main steps:First, after A software company’s existing performance appraisal systems analysis, network field survey:"A software company’s existing performance appraisal process problems in investigation". A software company and then to optimize the design of the performance appraisal system, primarily in the design process to invite experts to discuss relevant positions for a number of assessment factors. Main purpose is to strive to make the performance appraisal process research staff closer to the actual demand for software industry process performance optimized to provide reference.
