Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Developed Area In The Effective Supply Of Land

The contradiction of construction land and agricultural land especially farmland is evident in developed area due to the rapid industry agglomeration and industry evolution. For saving territorial resources, Xiangcheng District takes initiative to deal with the strict land policy and the growing demand for land. According to the goals of protecting resources and ensuring development, Xiangcheng District continuously strengthen the land management, comprehensively promote the utilization of land, from the implementation of land protection responsibility, improvement utilization of the land, to promote the stock of land disposal, promote land market construction, continuously strengthen the land law enforcement, accelerate the construction of multiple aspects and links to long-term management mechanism, create a public opinion environment, Xiangcheng District is trying to promote territorial resource management innovation, to break the resource management problems, to change our idea of land utilization, to provide effective measures to alleviate the current severe land supply pressure of Xiangcheng, to provide a solid guarantee for the protection of the social and economic sustainable and healthy development.Through the study of land utilization situation of Suzhou Xiangcheng District, this paper summarizes the general situation of land supply, finding that the protection of basic farmland is stressful, the way to ensure the supply and development makes arable land protection more seriously, the overall space is limited, the supply of the land could not be guaranteed though the policy which is trying to secure land and promote development. To ensure the supply of municipal and provincial projects, the development of construction is restricted. The methods of occupying agricultural land and arable land for construction to solve the problem of land supply have been unrealistic. These issues urge us to seek new ways of land supply to ensure the development of local economy. This paper tries to analyze the problems of the effective supply of land, and puts forward some personal suggestions.
