Study On Evaluation Of Land Intensive Use In Economically Developed Area

Land intensive use assessment is the important part of land saving and intensive use, which has an important significance of city land utilization. With the development of socialist market economy, the growth of population, the rapid change of urbanization and the process of industrialization, the demand for construction land is a gradual increase, most areas excessive in a denotative way. While the way is contrary to our country’s contemporary situation that our country has much more person and little ground. Grim reality forces us to change the way of land usage, walk along with tapping the potential of content and intensive utilization way to realize the sustainable utilization of land. The industrialization and urbanization in developed areas develop so well. They need large quantity of land but there are limit. So the shortage of land comes out to be the most serious problem. The contraction of the development of economy and natural resources is standout. The planning and management system are not reasonable, the policy of intersection area do not consider the comparable advantage, and the unreasonable price lead to entensive usage of land, and the environment problem followed by the blindly pursue of money, lead to the shortage of land.This paper analyzes the characteristics of economically developed area through various theories of land use and the method of evaluate it, from the current situation of the structure of land-use,the intensity of land development,the benefits of economic,the benefits of environmental protection and the benefits of society,all together5aspects of selecting10indexes, to establish the system of evaluation index system, to evaluate and analyze Jiangyin’s land intensive utilization status. This paper takes JiangYin city as an example of the economically developed area, adopts the AHP method to evaluate the level of land intensive utilization. From the normal elevation, we conclude that Jiangyin city is a middle intensive use of land.Through the evaluation of land intensive use with the evaluation index system, according to the calculation of intermediate values of the intensive use of land, we find the crux problem. Just strengthen the improvement of indexes, in order to make Jiangyin city prosperous, its environment and people’s livelihood are both developed.
