| Along with the market demand toward diversified development, the modern manufacturing industry also towards a direction of the agility and integration. Customers no longer take the high quality, low price and more varieties as their only standard when choosing suppliers and product innovation has been the main competitive advantages of enterprises. In order to survive and development, enterprises choose across borders and took the way that joint development of enterprises of supply chain nodes on the research and development of new products. The agile supply chain supply management theory which based on the dynamic alliance is valued by more and more enterprises especially in the situation of industry 4.0 which feature as intelligent network.Through the study found that the existing theoretical part focuses on the distinguish of the concept between the organizational structure of traditional supply chain and agile supply chain, while not deeply involved in the actual operations of the agile supply chain and supply chain structure optimization research, in view of this, based on the theory of agile supply chain, this paper put forward that introduce the agile supply chain into organization architecture, and study the new product cooperation problems between manufacturers and suppliers.First of all, in this paper, we comb and summarize the current supply chain theory, and discuss the current study to the agile supply chain model building system, management demand and organization structure research. At the same time, we point out three main supply chain organization structure of supply chain in our country, and then on this basis, we take H company as the specific case, give a detailed study of agile supply chain. H Company as a multinational subsidiary which listed in the United States, invested by a Canadian company, its main business is the production of hot runner for the customer, the production mode of globalization process has experienced several decades. With the continuous expansion of the company, the variety on every continent in the world and the customer demands in each region is more and more prominent, especially with the global economic gravity transfer to Asia Pacific, the trend of current in the supply chain structure is becoming more and more can’t make quick response to the need of customer differentiation. This article is based on carding the basic theory of the supply chain process, analysis the H Company current problems in agile supply chain, and connecting with the data analysis, case study around the company’s operating strategy transformation and under the new strategy of the company organization structure adjustment. Finally raises some feasible solutions to enhance the company agility and competitiveness in agile supply chain under situation of industry 4.0, and to draw lessons from enterprises in practice. |
