In recent years, the efficiency of the performance appraisal system has been increasingly drawing the attention of the management, as the development and improvement of the market economy and standardization of management of corporation. However, high-efficiency performance appraisal system lead to both scientific performance appraisal management and the emotion changes of the employees, including both positive emotions and negative ones. The negative ones are mainly complains from employees, which is a primary factor hindering the running of the corporation. Thus, the study of the association of performance appraisal management and complains from employees is a vital subject in Business Management.This paper focus on the affecting mechanism of performance appraisal management to employees’ complain, and tries to study the effect of different types of performance appraisal management based on the surveys and questionnaires from different business lines and different individuals, which are assisted by econ-metrical analysis of the software of SPASS. And then, by Normative research method, this paper tries to conclude that, facing the stress resulted from performance appraisal, employees would exhibit various types of complains under the circumstance that the means of performance appraisal, the strength and extent, the characteristics of individuals and situations are different. At last, this paper proposes some ideas for modern Business Management, that is, according to the nature of a certain business line, corporations design an appropriate performance appraisal system for itself, which could not only boost its running efficiency butt also reduce employees’complains.
